Frequently Asked Questions
Have questions about how long your order will take or where they’ll ship from? You’ve landed in the right place!
General FAQ
Fulfillment time typically takes 2-5 business days; this is regardless of the production technique being used on the items you’ve ordered. Once your items are produced, they’ll ship out and you’ll receive tracking information!
Product and material sourcing is found within the description tabs of each product. Screen printed or embroidered items are typically done in the United States or Europe — it depends on where you’re ordering from. For example:
Note that this is not always guaranteed and some items may need to be completed by other facilities. This gets your orders shipped out as quickly as possible.
Creating quality merch as close to the origin of the order is always the goal. The less distance things are shipped, the less emissions. And we keep the skills and work close to home!
With the way production works, sometimes certain items get finished before others, or things like mugs need to be packaged in a special way to avoid breakage during shipping.
Sometimes things will be packaged together, like shirts, and sometimes they may come separately, like when they need to be made in a different facility. This helps avoid having to ship and package your stuff twice.
A backorder means we’re waiting on more of the product to arrive. You can pre-purchase items marked as backordered and we’ll ship them out when they’re ready!
There’s no time frame on when we’ll have the stock available, but don’t worry: you’ll get a full refund if we can’t stock your item within about 30 days (earlier if you request it through your account options or via email).
If you have other items in your cart that are not on backorder, they’ll still be processed and shipped to you without you having to wait on the backordered items.

The various languages you can select from, using the website’s language selector, are translated by Google Translate and are meant to help our international audience better understand the site; if the translation happens to help at all is up to the individual reading the page.
Additionally, we do convert and accept some international currencies but bear in mind that all transactional emails and communication will be in English. Any translation is unofficial; refer to original English language in the event of any dispute.
Payments & currencies
Virtually anything widely used — debit or credit cards via Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Discover and more.
We currently utilize PayPal for transactions, but you don’t need to log in if you just want to supply your card details securely through their servers, right here on the website.
In the future we will likely use Stripe to take debit/credit payments as well.
Yes! We accept payments from across the world and we automatically convert the following currencies for your convenience:
Other than the currencies above, everything in the store is listed in USD — this is the base that we use for exchange rates for the above currencies, as we’re located in the United States.
If you’re from a country that doesn’t use USD, you will be charged in US dollars and your bank or financial institution should do the currency conversion automatically for you. If you use PayPal, they will do the conversion and show the amount in your local currency.
Please note that offering our products in different currencies is only out of convenience for you. We cannot provide support or communication in any language other than English.
When you’re ordering multiple items, additional cart items will have a flat fee for each one. So you can save a little by having multiple items in your cart, but bear in mind that items may arrive separately.
We are able to sell and ship to most countries in the world, with some exceptions. We currently do not ship to these countries, due to logistical reasons:
If your order’s shipping address is going to any of the countries listed above, you will not be able to proceed with your order. In the future this list may change.
Important! – Shipping carriers
Shipping carriers like USPS may also be limiting where they will ship to, whether due to natural disaster or other types of service disruption: International Service Disruptions
We are not VAT registered, so we do not charge VAT (value-added tax, sometimes referred to as GST).
